77adc is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and the 77adc operator.

1.1 Definitions

• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds granted as part of a promotional offer.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login details, password, or OTP codes with anyone.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared computer, log out after your session ends.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. 77adc is not liable for losses resulting from a breach of account security, unless it is proven that the breach was caused by a fault in our systems.

All bonus offers from 77adc are governed by these terms and conditions as well as the individual terms of each offer. In the event of a conflict between the two, the terms of the relevant offer will apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New players will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• 77adc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and the bonus forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77adc. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Creating an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Coordinated betting or artificial wagering for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or reverse-engineer game software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Fraudulent collusion with other players.
• Bribing or threatening platform staff.

77adc is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or breach of these terms.
• Losses caused by faults in your device, software, or security setup.
• Losses arising from unexpected technical outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• The platform will not provide compensation for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming.

The amount of loss for which we are liable will in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.

11.1 Closure by Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed, however bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

11.2 Suspended or Closed by 77adc

77adc may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of these terms and conditions is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse are detected.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• Upon instruction from legal authorities.

The refund of funds from a suspended or closed account will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

77adc reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. You may be notified of the new terms the first time you access the platform after a change has been made.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
• For significant changes, a notice may be sent by email.
• The latest version will always be available on this page and will be the version in effect.
